RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

  1. There is no Return, Exchange or Refund for “Items Purchased on Discount” and “Used Items”.

  2. O bag Malaysia reserves the rights to deny a return, exchange or refund request if it does not meet requirements stated in the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Return/Refund Policy

You may request for return/refund of your item due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Not delivered in perfect condition (no tear, leak, dent, damage of item(s))
  2. Wrong item(s)
  3. Defective item(s)
  4. Missing items(s)
  5. Out Of Stock

Refunds will be given in the form of:

  1. Store Credit OR
  2. Cash

PLEASE NOTE: We only process returns and refunds of products purchased on www.obagmalaysia.com. If your product was bought elsewhere please approach that outlet directly. If your product was bought outside Malaysia please email the factory at customerservice@obag.eu. You cannot exchange products purchased online at a physical O bag store.


Exchange Policy

  1. Returns for Exchanges outside the listed return and refund conditions are subject to RM10 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from initial amount paid.
  2. There will be no direct exchange. Exchanges are reimbursed in the form of store credit in obagmalaysia.com.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. In the event that you have received wrong, missing or not perfect condition item(s) please contact customer service within 7 days to expedite the claim process.
  2. In the event that you have received a damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours to expedite the claim process
  3. In the event that you would like to exchange purchased item(s) please contact customer service within 7 days to expedite the exchange process.
  4. How Expedite Return/Refund?

Step 1: 
Check the Validity of Returns, contact O bag Customer Service. Provide name, address, contact number & remark reason for return.

Step 2:
Pack the item(s) complete with tags, labels and original invoice in original packaging & attach Shipping Label on the Box

Step 3:
Prepare for courier service to collect parcel.

Step 4:
Send email confirmation to O bag Customer Service that items have been collected by courier service.
** The Return/Refund Process will start once your item arrives at O bag Malaysia Warehouse

 

  1. Item(s) need to be returned to O bag Malaysia within 7 days of confirmation.
  2. You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner or via our Order Tracking tool.

Refund Policy

  1. How many days from pickup to O bag Warehouse?
    Shipping takes between 2-4 days (within Peninsular Malaysia) & 5-7 days (from East Malaysia), once return is confirmed. At the time of shipping, the customer receives an email with the tracking code.
  2. How many days does it take for evaluation?
    3-5 business days
  3. How many days before receiving my refund?
    30 days from confirmation of refund.
